Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and 24k Studio ("we," "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Poopies mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

Poopies is a community map for reporting dog poop and similar sidewalk hazards. Users place location pins from a fixed set of report types, verify or dispute other users' reports, receive proximity alerts, and earn virtual coins and achievements for participating.

Reports are community-provided observations. We do not verify them ourselves and do not guarantee their accuracy, freshness, or completeness. The App is an aid, not a substitute for watching where you walk.

Accounts and Nicknames

You sign in with your Apple or Google account and must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. For everyone's safety, the App contains no free-text input: public display names are generated by us from a fixed word list, and you choose among generated suggestions. We reserve the right to change or reassign any nickname at our sole discretion.

An account may be active on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.

Community Reports and Zero Tolerance

Every pin you place is visible to other users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive use of the map. You agree not to:

• Place false, misleading, or spam reports
• Use pin placement to target, harass, or intimidate any person or property
• Manipulate verification votes, flags, or the points economy, alone or in coordination with others
• Spoof or falsify your device location

Reports can be flagged by any user from the pin's detail view; flagged content is automatically hidden once enough independent users flag it, and the community can also vote inaccurate pins off the map. We review flagged content and act on objectionable material promptly, typically within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending or permanently banning responsible accounts. You can also report abuse at poopsupport@24k.studio.

Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases

The App uses a virtual currency ("Poopies Coins") that can be earned through gameplay or bought as one-time consumable In-App Purchases through Apple's App Store. Coins and store items are licensed to you for use inside the App; they are not your property, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.

All payments are processed by Apple. Purchases are consumable and non-refundable by us; refund requests are handled by Apple under its terms at reportaproblem.apple.com. We may modify coin prices, item availability, or the points economy at any time. Unused coins and items are forfeited if you delete your account or if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

Account Deletion and Termination

You can permanently delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your account, reports, activity, coins, items, and achievements and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, including the zero-tolerance rules above.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and all of its source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, and graphics (the "Content"), and the trademarks and logos contained therein (the "Marks"), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the App, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, publicly displayed, translated, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

Other Prohibited Activities

As a user of the App, you additionally agree not to:

• Access the App through automated or non-human means, or systematically retrieve data to create a collection or database
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features or rate limits of the App
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, or impersonate another person
• Use information obtained from the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law

Safety Disclaimer

The App provides community-sourced information and proximity notifications on a best-effort basis. Alerts may be late, missing, or inaccurate, including due to GPS error, device settings, or connectivity. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Always pay attention to your surroundings; we are not responsible for anything you step in.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our affiliates and our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the App, or to modify these Terms, at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We may also modify or discontinue all or part of the App without notice and will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
