Sponsored items carry boosted rewards. Players actively seek them out on the map, because finding one is worth real points.
They show up in person
Rewards in Poopies only pay when a player is physically there — GPS-checked, on the sidewalk. Not an impression. A visit.

Every reward in Poopies is location-locked: verifying, collecting, and walk-by bonuses all require a player to actually stand there.
